CLASSES
MUAYTHAI 101
For Beginners. The PTJ Muaythai 101 classes are designed to help you get started on your Muaythai journey. They cover all the fundamentals: How to wrap your hands Basic Footwork for Muaythai Basic Defence for Muaythai Basic striking for Muaythai Padwork and bag work.
MUAYTHAI 4 EVERYONE
Muaythai 4 Everyone sessions are open to all. It’s a great way for non-fighters / fighters to train and mix it up together and train in a safe, friendly and supervised environment. The emphasis on these classes is on learning correct techniques while getting a good workout at the same time.
SPARRING & CLINCH TECHNIQUE
These classes are the next step into your muaythai journey. Learn how to spar and clinch properly instead of just being thrown in the deep end. We cover off basic to intermediate sparring and clinch techniques in this class. Correct sparring equipment required.
MUAYTHAI 4 FIGHTERS
By invitation only. These classes are designed for those looking to fight or are at a fighter level. The sessions are like you would find at any gym in Thailand and consist of pad work, bag work, sparring and clinching. They focus on more advanced Muaythai techniques, involve contact and fighter-based training.
